Am 48 years old and some time back, noticed that my gums are receding and thus, effecting my teeth. I got X-ray done and became shocked to know that the health of the gums is really bad. I am using mouthwath (Clohex), and Zytee gel but to no avail. I am taking Limsee (Vit C) also. Can’t afford surgery. Plz suggest what to do? Thanks
